One place for every club you coach. The squad, the test days, each player's card, program, fuel, weight and photos, and the results compare themselves: rank in the squad, change against each player's own last test, and a line per player over the season.
Two shelves. Conditioning: running and games, each a football study or coaching practice from the plans, labelled. Exercises: the prehab, prevention and strength library the programs are built from, with the study behind each one. Tap an item for the why and the source.
Set the theme and the match day, then add each day's session from the library. Tap a session to see what is in it. The block is the few weeks this one belongs to, the match day sets MD-4 to MD+1. Session notes stay with the staff.
Export the session summary from your GPS system as a CSV and drop it here. The hub reads the columns, matches the names to the squad, and keeps each player's distance, high speed running, sprints, top speed and efforts beside their check-ins and the physio's status.
Build a session from the library. Each item carries a content tag, so the session and the whole season count themselves. The day's plan is the default minutes on the players' after-session rating.
Build a squad circuit from the library: numbered stations of one or two exercises, players per station, work and change times, rounds. Save it, reuse it, put it on a day, then run it on the floor with the big timer, or print the sheet.
One plan every player can follow: five kinds of day, then supplements with when and how much. Every line names its study. Each player's own link works the amounts from their weight; here they are worked for an example weight.
Put in the kick-off: the eating times for the squad, ready to print or send. Each player's Food tab has the same clock.
What every test is read against, and where each player sits. Green is in the usual range, gold is a performance level reached, amber is worth a look, red goes to the physio, grey is a baseline.
What each player brings into the season, from the physio, and what the staff do about it. Tap a player to see their status, the guidelines and the conversation.
Ideas, session thoughts, a drill to try, something you noticed in a player. Players never see this.
When your club wants the Full Season team with you in person. Tick what interests you and the team will be in touch; no price or booking until you have talked.
A camp for your squad at a partner venue with proper facilities, training, food and recovery looked after. It starts and ends with this hub's tests, so you see what changed, and the programs carry on after. First venue in planning: The Village Green, Strath Creek, opening November 2027.
For players or staff who want the Full Season coaches working with them directly, built on the same testing and programs as this hub.
Four dates and the hub marks every week of the year: off-season, the three preparation weeks before pre-season, pre-season, the Christmas break and the season. Every player's program follows it.
One link that puts every session and match from Plan into phone calendars and keeps them up to date. Titles, times and video links only: no names, notes or injuries. Players also find it on the Week tab of their own page.
What the person calling 000 needs in front of them. Football Victoria encourages every club to have one. Fill it once per ground.
With Catapult, every session lands on the right players by itself each morning. No files. Other GPS systems (STATSports, PlayerData) keep using the upload on the Sessions tab.
A coach sees everything and approves programs. A physio records injuries and reads the cards, never the photos. Committee gets the club link (results only). Each person signs in with a link sent to their email.
Rank is within the players tested that day. Change is each player against their own last test. Small wins, daily.
