For football clubs

A performance department for a club that has never had one.

Test the squad and the results rank themselves. Every player gets their own link, a program built from their tests with the study behind each exercise, and a physio and coach who finally talk in one place. Run it all from a phone.

For every player: their own program between club nights. The coach in their pocket for everything the club can't do.

Who is fit this Friday? One screen answers it, so selection stops depending on group chats and a physio report that arrives late.

The film

Every player known, and home in one piece.

Seventy five seconds on why Full Season exists and what a club finds inside. Sound on.

A season in the hub

From the first test day to the committee's report.

Everything a pro club's performance staff do, in the order a season happens, sized for a club with one coach and a physio on Thursdays.

1
Pre-season

Test the squad in one night

Pick a battery, print the clipboard sheet, type the numbers once. Each result ranks itself in the squad, sits against published marks with the study named, and tracks against the player's own last test.

2
Week one

Every player gets their own link

No app, no login. Their card, their goals, their results. Under 18 needs a parent's consent before anything is stored.

3
Week one

A program each, built for them

Prehab, injury prevention, strength, and running and speed, chosen from their card and their weakest test, with a new four week block building itself through the season. Every exercise says how to do it and the evidence behind it. An injured player's program waits for the coach's tick, and the coach can change anything.

4
Every session

How they arrive, how hard it was

A 30 second check-in before training and effort times minutes after it. The coach sees who arrived flat and where the week's load went.

5
All season

The physio and the coach, in one place

The physio logs what a player brings in, sets the guidelines, and both sides talk under the player. Availability updates itself.

6
End of the block

A report the committee reads

Two test days side by side, the squad's change and every player, as a page the president can open. No injuries, no dates of birth on it.

The physio room

What the physio knows, and what the coach should do about it.

Built for junior off-seasons: growth pains, three sports at once, the old ankle nobody wrote down.

  • Three clear statuses. Full clearance, Modified load, Rehab only.
  • Guidelines are required. What to change, the limits, the warm-up, in words a coach acts on.
  • Clinical notes stay clinical. Written by the physio, read by the coaches, never on a player's link or a report.
  • One conversation per player, dated and tagged, plus a club feed of everything new.

New this season

Built, then tested like a season.

Every feature goes through a full simulated season before a club sees it: 1,500 players, sixteen weeks, failures thrown in on purpose.

◎

See your movement

The phone camera screen draws each player's own stick figure, knee line coloured, and a body map of what to train. A one page report to show or print.

☀

Heat that knows your pitch

Football Victoria's heat limits from the forecast for your ground, with an extra warning on a synthetic pitch, which runs far hotter than the air.

✚

The way back

Injury records the way football research keeps them, and a return-to-play checklist the physio and coach tick together.

⌖

Load and GPS, honestly

Weekly load against each player's own last four weeks, no ratio that pretends to predict injuries. Catapult connects once; any other GPS is a file upload.

◷

Your club's own clock

Victoria, Queensland, Western Australia: check-ins, sessions and the morning summary run on your time zone.

⛨

Looked after

Stored in Sydney, Australia. Each club's data walled off and tested on every release, backed up nightly and restored in rehearsal, errors watched every fifteen minutes.

Amadu Koroma, founderFounder
Who built it

Built by a coach who does the job.

Amadu Koroma played in the VPL and NPL for twelve years, then became a strength and conditioning coach: at South Melbourne FC, and now for Altona Magic SC in NPL Victoria. He founded AKFITNESS Studio in Richmond. The hub is the system he built for his own squad work, now open to other clubs.

As a strength and conditioning coach

I played in the VPL and NPL for about 12 years, and I saw how few performance coaches and tools there were to support players' wellbeing. That is where this came from. I have always valued performance and injury prevention, on and off the park, and treating the body with the utmost respect, from sleep to nutrition to physical conditioning. I built this to give other players a system to manage their body under stress.

Their own program between club nights.

The coach in their pocket for everything the club can't do: strength, injury prevention, running, food, sleep and recovery, built around their club nights, matches, injuries and kit. A real player page from the demo club: every name is invented. No app to install; it saves to the home screen and opens without reception.

  1. Today. A welcome that explains the page, the 30 second check-in before training, and logging the session after it.
  2. Training. Their program for this block: Football Australia's Perform+ warm-up, injury prevention (Nordics, Copenhagens, calf raises, jumps that build from pogos), strength, running and speed. Each exercise shows how, this week's dose and the study behind it, with "Change it" under every one. Start today's session runs it one exercise at a time with a rest timer.
  3. It moves on. Every block steps up: push-ups lead to the dumbbell bench and then the bench press, bodyweight work gets harder, and a new lift starts light. Log a set asks how many reps were left in the tank, and "Next time" reads their last two sessions to say add a little, hold, or come back 10%. Short of the reps twice, and the coach hears about it.
  4. Learn. Sets, reps and the season, sleep, and mindset skills in plain words, with the research linked. When their check-in says a short night or a stressful week, Today answers with what to do.
  5. Week. The club's sessions first, then their own gym, runs and speed placed around them: gym before running and hours apart, no hard run the day before or after a match, extra intervals in pre-season only where club nights don't already cover them. One tap puts it all in their phone calendar.
  6. Food. What today calls for in grams for their weight, a match day clock from the kick-off time, a sweat check, and cards for women players, growing players, vitamin D and Ramadan.
  7. Me. Their card and results, and a WhatsApp button to their coach.
Questions coaches ask

Before you ask for an invite.

How are children kept safe?

Under 12s get Football Australia's FUNdamentals+ warm-up and nothing else. Under 16s train bodyweight and technique, never heavy loading. A growing player with sore knees or heels stops jumping and sprinting until the coach checks them. Under 18s join only with a parent or carer's consent, and their data stays with their club.

Can I change what the system picks?

Yes, anything. Add or remove an exercise, set the sets and reps, leave a note, for one player, a group or the whole squad. Your changes carry into every new block, and the automatic program keeps running underneath.

Is it a personal trainer?

It is their own program between club nights: the coach in their pocket for everything the club can't do. Team training stays with the club. Every program is built from your coaching rules, checked against published research on footballers and athletes, and a coach approves anything with an injury, growth or screen finding behind it.

Is every exercise backed by research?

Each one is labelled: a football trial, research on other athletes, or coaching practice, with the study linked. Exercises with no athlete trial behind them (the Pallof press, the landmine press) are options a coach can add, not defaults. Static stretching is not counted as injury prevention, because the research says it does not prevent injuries.

Why did it choose that exercise?

Every exercise shows why it is there for that player (their injury history, their weakest test, their goal) and the published study behind it.

Do players need an app or a password?

No. Each player gets a private link that opens in any phone browser and saves to the home screen. Players never pay.

Who sees a player's injuries?

The coach and the physio the club adds. Never other players, never the committee, never a report. The selection list shows names only.

How long does it take to set up?

Fill in the club details and the season dates once, add the squad (paste a list), and send the links from one sheet. Most of it is done in an evening; the programs build themselves as the cards come in.

What about juniors?

Under 12s get Football Australia's FUNdamentals+ warm-up only. Under 16s train technique and bodyweight, never heavy loads. Growth is tracked by height, never weight, and a parent or carer agrees before anything is stored.

Do we need GPS?

No. If you have it, Catapult connects once and brings each session in every morning, and any other system can drop in its file.

Will I know if a player flags an injury?

It shows on your Today screen, and you can switch on a morning email on days when something needs you.

If we leave, do we keep our data?

Yes. The coach can download everything the club holds as one file at any time, and the club can ask for all of it to be deleted. Nothing is sold or used for advertising.

Squad and Club: pay yearly and get two months free. The first five clubs get 30% off their first year, in return for a case study. Prices are in Australian dollars. Your club holds its players' data, and you can remove a player or the whole club at any time. Photos, injuries and clinical notes are only ever seen by the people you add.

Extra Time

For players on their own, and clubs that want more.

A player does not need a club on the hub to get a program built around their season. And when a club wants Amadu and his team in person, a camp or one-on-one coaching, pick what interests you and he will be in touch.
