A coaching app that puts the way you play on every player's phone
Many coaching apps stop at the coach's tablet. Full Season sends the plan to the players: the shape, their role, the week and the match day sheet, on a private page that opens on any phone with no app to install. It sits beside the strength and conditioning side, so the head coach and the S&C coach work from one plan.
How we play: an animated board of your team
Pick the system (4-3-3, 4-2-3-1, 3-5-2 or 4-4-2), put your shirt numbers on the positions, turn the nine phases of play on or off and write the words your way. The board plays each phase, with the runs and passes drawn as they happen, and fills the screen for a team talk. It works in English, Spanish or French, set once for the squad.
The line-up. Set a player for each position. Players see positions by default and first names only when you switch the line-up on, so you choose when the team is named.
Role cards. Three lines per position, in your words: with the ball, without it, and when it turns over. A player holding that position sees Your role on their week, in the squad's language.
The whiteboard: set pieces and moves
Six set piece templates (attacking and defending corners, wide and central free kicks, the wall and a throw-in) place both teams on a half pitch. Draw your own, or make a board move: up to twelve frames that play step by step or straight through, which helps the players who learn by watching. Boards sit on a shelf by phase of play, set pieces or other, and Present runs them full screen, one board per swipe. A board you share appears on the players' week as Watch it move.
The week and the session
Every session item has an owner: the strength and conditioning coach, the head coach, or both. The head coach plans their own items and can attach a small drawn pitch to any drill, which players see on their week. Club sessions and matches go into each player's phone calendar with one tap.
Match day, from the board to the wall
On a match, the eleven from the line-up, the bench, meet and kick-off, the venue and three keys become the match day sheet. One tap sends it to every player's page, it prints for the dressing room wall, saves as a PDF or copies as text for the team chat, and every match keeps its sheet.
The head coach's own sign-in
The head coach sees the squad, test results, who is available tonight by name and their status, the week, the notebook, How we play and the whiteboard. The physio's notes, the coaches' conversation and a player's own words stay with the S&C coach and the physio; the server refuses them, not just the screen. A head coach on a Spanish board gets their welcome and guide in Spanish.
