A performance department for a club that has never had one
Most clubs below the A-League have no strength and conditioning coach, no physio on hand every night, and no way of knowing who is fit for Saturday until the warm-up. Full Season gives a club that system, run from the coach's phone.
What a club gets
Squad fitness testing. Sprints, jumps, the Yo-Yo or 30-15 and a movement screen, recorded on the night, ranked within your squad and compared with the published marks.
A program for every player. Built from each player's tests, age, injuries and the days they train, with the study behind each exercise. Players open it from their own link, no app to install.
Load and check-ins. A 30 second morning check-in and a weekly load for each player against their own last four weeks, so the coach sees who is carrying too much.
A physio room. Injuries recorded the way football research records them, a return-to-play checklist, and the coach and physio talking in one place.
Fuel. Food first guidance for players and parents. Players under 18 are shown no supplement doses; they are told food first and to talk to a parent and the club physio.
Built for every level
Senior squads in NPL Victoria and the VPL, State League clubs, women's squads and junior age groups. Data is stored in Sydney, each club's data is walled off, and players under 18 have a parent notice.
